What size am I in your kicks?

Our kicks generally run true to sneaker size. Sizing from other brands can be misleading and inconsistent, so we recommend measuring your foot. You can find a size chart on every product page. For accurate sizing, stand barefoot on a ruler and measure from heel to toe. Then, compare with the Men’s Size Chart or Women’s Size Chart.

Do you offer extended sizing?

We do not offer extended sizing at this time. All of our shoes are Medium width.

What is the men’s to women’s conversion?

Generally women's sizing is about 1-1.5 sizes larger than men's. For example a men’s 9 is about a women’s 10-10.5. For the most accurate sizing, measure your foot. For accurate sizing, stand barefoot on a ruler and measure from heel to toe. Then compare with the charts above.

Will my orthotics fit into your products?

All our footwear models have removable footbeds that can be easily replaced with orthotics.

What is the mm drop between the heel and toe of Forsake shoes?

All of our models have between a 6mm and 10mm drop from heel to toe.

Do your shoes contain Latex?

Yes, our outsoles contain natural rubber with latex.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are responsibly manufactured in China.

Do you offer any Vegan styles?

While many of our styles use leather, we now have a few vegan options available, too.

How do I tell which styles are waterproof?

All waterproof styles can be viewed by clicking the "Waterproof" filter at the top of a collection page. Other products may use waterproof grade materials and are water resistant but lack a fully waterproof internal booty.

What socks would you recommend for optimal warmth?

We recommend wearing one pair of medium-weight, moisture wicking socks with your Forsake. Wool is the best. The air surrounding your feet is what keeps them warm.

Do you carry half sizes?

Yes, in all styles.

Can I cancel or update my order?

We are committed to shipping orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed it goes immediately into our fulfillment process and can usually not be canceled. Once you receive your product, you can submit a return on our Returns/Exchanges page.If you made a mistake in the ordering process, please contact Forsake Support as quickly as possible and we will do our best to fix the problem.

Does Forsake ship outside the US?

Forsake ships to the USA and Canada. For any questions about Canadian orders, please contact support at cs@forsake.com Please visit our Store Locator for more information on shipping outside of these regions.

Can I update my shipping if my order already shipped?

Generally, it is not possible to change shipping speed/information after an order is placed. UPS MyChoice is a service which may allow you to update your shipping address or delivery date. Forsake does not have the ability to expedite UPS shipments after an order is placed, nor do we have access to change details in the UPS MyChoice program. For all other inquiries, please reach out to Forsake Support.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

We have taken every necessary precaution to ensure that the information you provide is safe. Our site is protected by Authorize.net.

What form of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, Master Card, Amazon Pay, PayPal and Afterpay. We do not accept checks, money orders, COD's, or cash. We can only accept US-issued Credit Cards.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Any orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, regardless of purchase amount, will be $22.00. We provide free standard shipping on all orders to APO/FPO Military customers. Military addresses will be shipped the following business day via United States Postal Service with a signature delivery confirmation. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes, but if you'd like to ship to a PO Box, our customer care team will be able to accommodate if you call to place your order. We will not accept orders shipping to forwarding companies.

Expedited Shipping is NOT available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military Addresses.

Can I ship to a different address other than my billing address?

Yes you may! When placing your Forsake order, the first address required is for shipping. Please be sure to include any suite or unit number. If you are shipping to a business, the name of the establishment must be on line 2. The second address required during checkout is for billing. When entering your billing address, please make sure it is exactly what your credit card or bank currently has on file for you.

What is SurePost?

UPS SurePost® is an economy, residential, ground service. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service.

Product Care

Do I need to add any extra waterproofing or protectant?

All of our waterproof styles have an internal waterproof membrane so there is no need for extra waterproofing. We have a rigorous test for all of our models with a waterproof membrane. We flex the shoe 25,000 times while it sits in a tub of water with red dye and then let it sit for a full 24 hours. We only approve models that pass with no red dye on the inside after testing.
